What is the ODA3 Membership Programme?
A structured participation framework for individuals and organizations contributing to the advancement of operational AI assurance.
Is ODA3 Membership a professional certification?
No. Membership does not certify an individual's competence, an organization's compliance, or a product, service or AI system.
Does Membership imply ODA3 endorsement?
No. Membership recognizes participation; it does not imply endorsement.
Can I say I am ODA3 Certified or ODA3 Partner?
No. Membership does not authorize those representations.
Does Membership give me a vote in ODA3 governance?
No. No membership category obtains authority to direct, approve or influence ODA3 research or governance.
Is Corporate Membership invitation-only?
No. Organizations may apply, and ODA3 may also issue invitations where appropriate.
How are Corporate applications assessed?
Against relevance, independence-principle alignment, absence of material conflicts, evidence-based participation and demonstrated willingness to contribute. Commercial size, market share and purchasing power are excluded.
Does Corporate Membership provide platform integration or delivery rights?
No. Integration, product embedding, joint go-to-market activity and ODA3-aligned delivery require a separate Partnership agreement.
Are working-group seats guaranteed?
No. Working-group and consultation opportunities are conditional on relevance, capacity, conduct and conflict screening.
Does Membership include Academy training?
No. Membership and Academy participation are separate pathways.
Is Founding Cohort a membership category?
No. It is an invitation-only recognition status.
Is Year-One Membership complimentary?
Yes, for approved members under the applicable category conditions.
Could fees be introduced later?
Yes. Any future fee structure must be published in advance and apply only from a subsequent renewal period.
Is renewal automatic?
No. Membership runs for 12 months from approval and renewal is opt-in.
Can ODA3 suspend or terminate Membership?
Yes, for documented conduct or compliance reasons. No formal appeals mechanism is operational at launch.
Is the Programme international?
Yes, within the operational limits of a young institute.
