What It May Recognize

Material support to Programme formation.

  • Substantive input to the Programme's initial design
  • Early adoption of ODA3 frameworks in a documented context
  • Participation in formative discussions
  • Other engagement materially supporting Programme formation
What It May Confer

Recognition, not permanent authority.

  • Recognition in the inaugural Founding Cohort register
  • Invitation to selected programme-formation discussions
  • Eligibility to provide structured feedback on the initial design
  • Contributor acknowledgement where appropriate
What It Does Not Confer

No ongoing governance or commercial rights.

  • Permanent governance, voting or veto rights
  • Lifetime privileges or a permanent fee waiver
  • Commercial delivery rights or preferential paid engagements
  • Certification or assessment advantage
  • The right to direct or approve ODA3 publications

Recognition may remain as a historical record, but Membership itself remains subject to annual renewal.
