Material support to Programme formation.
- Substantive input to the Programme's initial design
- Early adoption of ODA3 frameworks in a documented context
- Participation in formative discussions
- Other engagement materially supporting Programme formation
What It May Confer
Recognition, not permanent authority.
- Recognition in the inaugural Founding Cohort register
- Invitation to selected programme-formation discussions
- Eligibility to provide structured feedback on the initial design
- Contributor acknowledgement where appropriate
What It Does Not Confer
No ongoing governance or commercial rights.
- Permanent governance, voting or veto rights
- Lifetime privileges or a permanent fee waiver
- Commercial delivery rights or preferential paid engagements
- Certification or assessment advantage
- The right to direct or approve ODA3 publications

Recognition may remain as a historical record, but Membership itself remains subject to annual renewal.
