Grievance Redressal
A readily available channel for privacy questions, rights requests and grievances.
How to submit a grievance
Email CONTACT_AT_ODA3_DOT_ORG with the subject “Privacy Grievance”. Include your name, contact address, relationship with ODA3 Institute, a clear description, relevant dates, the resolution requested and supporting references. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Process and response period
- We acknowledge receipt and assign a reference.
- We may request proportionate identity or authority verification.
- We investigate the relevant systems, records and service providers.
- We provide an outcome or status update as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 90 days, subject to applicable law; complex matters may require additional time with an explanation.
- If unresolved, available statutory escalation rights remain unaffected.
What this channel covers
Privacy rights, consent, access, correction, erasure, communications, cookies, account or enquiry data, payment-data handling and concerns about processors or international transfers. Security vulnerabilities should be reported separately through the Contact page without including exploit details in a privacy grievance.
Records and confidentiality
We limit access to personnel and providers required to investigate the matter. Grievance records may be retained to demonstrate handling, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Notably Absent
Submitting a grievance does not waive legal rights, guarantee the requested outcome or establish that a violation occurred. This page does not replace remedies available under applicable law.
