  • Working-group participation does not grant ownership of ODA3 outputs unless expressly agreed in writing.
  • ODA3 retains final editorial and methodological control.
  • No working group constitutes a standards body, certification scheme or regulatory advisory panel.
Anti-Capture Control

No single interest should dominate the work.

ODA3 will take reasonable steps to prevent any single organization, vendor, sector or interest group from disproportionately influencing working groups, research outputs or community positions. Participation may be limited or declined where independence could reasonably be perceived as compromised.
