Where AI governance meets operational reality.
Working Groups · Pilot Operating

One bounded working-group pilot is operating.

The invitation-only Evidence Record Methods group is testing what must accompany an AI-system evidence item for review. It uses synthetic examples and is preparing an internal methods draft. Other working-group themes remain proposals and will be introduced only as capacity allows.

Current Pilot

Evidence Record Methods.

The group asks one question: which source, collection basis, provenance, integrity, relevance, limitation and absence fields let a reviewer understand what an evidence item can support? Its working output is a draft field list and annotated synthetic example for internal review. A group discussion is not an ODA3 finding or approved publication.

Approved members may express interest through their member account; ODA3 reviews relevance, capacity and conflicts before inviting participants. Do not submit confidential client data or incident records in group activity.

Operating Boundary

Participation does not transfer authority.

  • Participation is subject to relevance, capacity, conduct and conflict screening.
  • Working-group participation does not grant ownership of ODA3 outputs unless expressly agreed in writing.
  • ODA3 retains final editorial and methodological control.
  • No working group constitutes a standards body, certification scheme or regulatory advisory panel.
Anti-Capture Control

No single interest should dominate the work.

ODA3 will take reasonable steps to prevent any single organization, vendor, sector or interest group from disproportionately influencing working groups, research outputs or community positions. Participation may be limited or declined where independence could reasonably be perceived as compromised.
