Evidence Reference should point to a retrievable artifact — a contract clause, Data Processing Agreement section, product specification, UI screenshot, model card, vendor attestation, regulatory correspondence, editorial policy document, or equivalent — not a restated conclusion. An answer without a completable Evidence Reference should be recorded as Unsure, not Yes or No.

Re-screen and complete a new worksheet whenever there is a material change involving: deployment geography, intended purpose, AI model or foundation model provider, user interaction pattern, content type, deployment architecture, ownership, legal role, applicable legislation or regulatory guidance, or a major software release.
Notably Absent
This worksheet does not contain scoring, a compliance threshold, or a finding-severity method. It does not itself establish that an exception applies or that evidence is sufficient for a regulator — those determinations require system-specific legal and technical analysis using the recorded evidence as a starting point.
