The toolkit is designed to support structured internal assessments. It does **not** constitute legal advice, regulatory approval, certification or a determination of compliance. --- ## Toolkit Components ### 1. Public Applicability Quick Check (QCK) **Document:** `QCK-EUAI-ART50-001` Purpose: - Screen whether Article 50 transparency obligations may apply. - Identify potential provider and deployer obligations. - Direct organizations toward the appropriate follow-up assessment. The publication family was developed through Technical Review, Cross-document Consistency Review, Internal Policy & Evidence Verification, and Editorial Review.
